Jennifer Saenz supports Cradle to Career Network members, providing strategic guidance, connecting members to resources, and facilitating network initiatives.

Prior to StriveTogether, Saenz was at E3 Alliance, where she was senior director of communications and policy, leading efforts to strengthen the educational pipeline for economic growth. Previous to that, as director of strategic partnerships at OnRamps, a University of Texas at Austin program, she helped expand college credit opportunities across Texas.

With 28 years in education, including work with the Texas Education Agency, Saenz has deep expertise in partnership building and education policy. Her work at E3 Alliance focused on equity and access, highlighting her dedication to removing barriers in postsecondary education.
